Clips enable you to extract key information out of a lengthy transcript effectively. You can capture and share those highlights with anyone via a shareable link. Anyone who gets the link can read the particular transcript, play the recording and download it.


Here’s how you can create and share your clips to maximize the value of your meeting notes.



How to create a clip?

  1. Go to the Meeting Notes page> open a meeting note that you need to review.

  2. In the transcript area, hover on any text block > click the ✂️scissor icon > create a clip for the selected text.

    Note: Now only the creator( meeting note created by you) can create and share clips.

  3. You can select single or multiple text blocks to create a clip.

  4. All the clips will display on the right side of the transcript. Click “My Clips” at the top right corner of the transcript to check them all.


How to share a clip?

  1. Click the link icon at the bottom of the clip > copy the share link.

  2. Send the link to people. Anyone who gets the link can read the particular transcript, play the video recording and download it.


How to change the title of the clip?

  1. Click the default title of the clip.

  2. Then you can enter a new title and confirm it.
